Refund & Return Policy

At StarGalaxyStudio, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Returns that do not meet these criteria or are sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at prostarlaxy@gmail.com.

  • Authorized Returns: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (and any associated restocking fees, if applicable).

  • Unsolicited Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed or refunded.

3. Damages and Issues (Inspection Period)

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Personal care goods: Beauty products or intimate items.

  • Hazardous materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must still meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.

7. Refunds and Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Delays: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Late Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at prostarlaxy@gmail.com.
