To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ProStarlaxy is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

While we provide free shipping, please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s local government are the responsibility of the customer. Most of our international orders arrive without additional fees, but we recommend checking your local regulations.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at prostarlaxy@gmail.com. For damaged items, please include photos of the product and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a swift replacement.
